Make Money Jabbering!

Do you ever recommend a great book you just read? Or how about a movie you just saw? How do you do it? Do you go into great detail? Do you describe how it made you feel or what it made you think?

What hobbies do you have? Do you like to talk about them?
Have you ever kept a journal or diary? What did you write about? You probably wrote about what happened in your life that day. Or how something made you feel. Or what your thoughts were on a certain topic.

Well, you can do the same thing on the internet too! Except now you can make money doing it! Anyone can do it! You don’t have to be a “writer”. You don’t have to have a college degree. On the internet we call it  Blogging.

What is blogging?

According to, ( a free place to start a blog):

“A blog is a personal diary. A daily pulpit. A collaborative space. A political soapbox. A breaking-news outlet. A collection of links. Your own private thoughts. Memos to the world.

Your blog is whatever you want it to be. There are millions of them, in all shapes and sizes, and there are no real rules.

In simple terms, a blog is a web site, where you write stuff on an ongoing basis. New stuff shows up at the top, so your visitors can read what’s new. Then they comment on it or link to it or email you. Or not.”

Niche blogging

Niche blogging is just like regular blogging, except you focus on a specific topic, or “niche”, that you are interested in, enjoy writing about, and can learn to make profitable.

What special body of knowledge have you learned from your life experiences or job? What do you do day after day, without even thinking about it (ex., child-rearing, taking care of sick parents, living with a specific handicap).

Passion makes work fun and easy. What is it that you love to talk about? Read about? A hobby? What do you do for fun and games? What are your natural talents?

Think about what you do in a typical day, and what you’ve learned from it. What sections of a bookstore do you automatically gravitate toward? What kind of TV shows do you tend to like most? Movies?

Do you like to teach or explain things to others?  Do you like talking or selling ?  Do you like organizing things? Do you like figuring out how to make a process easier? Would you like to turn around and teach someone else that process? Do you like discovering or creating new products and services and recommending them to others?

Problems are also a good source for ideas because problems need solutions! What bugs you? What’s tedious? What does not work?

We all encounter obstacles, problems, difficult people in the course of whatever it is that we do every day. What are your biggest pains as a parent, or as a step-parent, or as a gardener (etc., etc.)?

Do you have solutions to these problems? Would they be of value to a lot of people?

So, you see, blogs aren’t just about creating online diaries.

You can provide information to people in many different niches. They will read your content and click on your ads. By combining content, ads, and your recommendations, you can definitely make money on Internet!

Getting started doesn’t have to be something that intimidates you. In fact, it’s best to follow a tutorial right away so you don’t have to go through the pain of trying to figure things out on your own.
